install

Install the ingrain binary, add it to your PATH, and seed the default conf.toml. This is invoked automatically by the install script from cli.ingrainlabs.dev — see Installation for the recommended way to get Ingrain.

Use this directly only if you already have the ingrain binary on disk (for example, you copied it from another machine) and want to register it in the expected locations.
